PAYMENT
- Payment is due at the time of checkout, regardless of shipping. Once an order is placed, no cancellations or modifications can be made.
- We offer store credit for returns postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Please note: ShopXelle is not responsible if promotional or discount codes are not applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied, and we do not adjust prices after an order is placed.
PREORDERS
If you place a Preorder on our site, please note:
- Payment is collected at the time the order is placed, not when the item ships.
- You may order In Stock items along with Preorder items. In Stock items will ship immediately, Preorder items will ship separately with their own tracking number.
- Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page. Please check for updates.
- If a Preorder item is delayed beyond the estimated shipping timeline, you may request a full refund to your original payment before the item ships. Once shipped, Preorder items can only be returned for store credit according to our current return policy.
- Returns for Preorder items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- If a Preorder is canceled before shipment (within the original timeline), a 15% fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Facebook and Instagram checkout cannot be used to purchase Preorder items.
SHIPPING
Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons and holidays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75: $7.95.
- Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: $20.
Shipping Options:
- Standard: 3–10 business days (plus processing)
- Priority: 2–4 business days (plus processing)
- Priority Express: 1–2 business days (plus processing). Not available for PO Boxes.
International Shipping
- We ship to Canada! Standard International Shipping: 6–20 business days via USPS, UPS, or DHL at a flat rate of $26.95 USD. Expedited international shipping is not currently available.
Customs & Duties:
- ShopXelle does not pay customs, duties, or taxes on international orders. Additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS AND PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Express orders are prioritized.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
ShopXelle is NOT responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery. Ensure your address is secure.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers.
- Lost, missing, or damaged packages if package protection was not purchased. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Once a package is scanned or marked delivered, we do not provide refunds or replacements.
- Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier exceptions beyond our control.
Package Protection
- If your item is lost or damaged in transit, email us at support@shopxelle.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
- Package protection covers replacements for lost or damaged items. If replacements are unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
- Package protection does not cover stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
Note: We are not responsible for packages not delivered within the guaranteed shipping timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
