- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the purchase date.
- Please keep your delivery payment voucher and provide it to our customer service team for processing your refund.
- You can mail your package at your nearest post office or arrange a collection by calling the post office.

Return Conditions
1. Non-Quality Issues
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
- All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before sending items to the return address.
2. Quality or Size Issues
- If items have quality problems or incorrect sizing, please contact customer service with clear photos showing the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will provide the return address immediately.
Eligible Situations for Return or Refund:
- Received wrong or damaged item(s)
- Items are not as described on the product page
- Received faulty item(s)
- Missing item(s)
- Poor material or workmanship
Return Process
To avoid delays, please follow these steps carefully:
- If your item qualifies for return, contact our customer service at support@shopxelle.com with:
- Order number
- SKU number or product name
- Reason for return
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours.
- Return the item to the return address provided by our team and send proof of return (tracking number and valid return receipt).
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and email you within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection and confirmation.
Return Address
- Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package, as it will delay processing.
- Only send your return to the address provided by our customer service team (support@shopxelle.com).
Return Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- ShopXelle does not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) for returned packages.
